This is an incredibly hard situation
Clearly this should not be used as an excuse for one parent to stop the child seeing the other which will be important in a time t hat is going to be emotional but there are all sorts of complexities here where one household might be completely social distancing but the other is not either because they are not able to or because they refuse to do so.
Presumably if a household is self isolating rather than just following the social distancing guidance then the child should stay where they are until the 14 days are up?
I guess parents just have to try and rise above it and do the right thing depending on circumstances and whether people are self isolating or just social distancing.
