The function wizard gives some good tips...
...can probably explain it better than me.
Need to sort all your data by the column that you will look up.
I always find that it works better to do it in just one cell first until it works. Then fix the range of the table array, then copy it down.
Also the column index number starts at 1 at the first column in the table array.
