Wham have only paid 7m for him at the mo, with the remaining 250 grand only payably "if certain conditions are met".

While they were already fairly safe from relegation when they bought him, I doubt they would have agreed a "stay up clause" so it's probably for first England cap.

So the end fee for him would either be:

7m + (15% of 8m) = 8.2m

or

7.25m + (15% of 7.75m) = 8.4m

Would be a great result. 5m+ profit in a year.
