I think this mini-Chelsea style approach

Is brilliant.

It's like the modern version of what we were good at when I was younger (bringing through a team of Tottenham rejects with a point to prove).

These days the leagues are much more competitive so it makes sense to bring in promising young players and give them an into to our system and culture then ship them out to see how they fare in the wild.
