I had similar conversation last week

Don't think we've ever given Tettey the credit he deserves (collectively as a fanbase). He's pretty good, he's loyal, he's likeable. And mistakes in that position are more visible than in many others, so I don't think he's any more error-prone than many others.
We always seemed to want someone else - eg Amadaou, and yet this season has shown that some of the oldies are the goodies.
