It's excellent, especially when travelling. Movie playback is brilliant and you can convert downloaded films quite easily to avoid using the stupid UMD format. I have GTA and Lumines, both of which are brilliant. I would say that the only handheld I've ever owned that could not be easily improved. I had a GBA before, so badly flawed it was barely usable..
