Easy as. Use a good blade cut it into the corners.
Strongly recommend using carpet layer's Stanley blades (hooked blade) rather than normal flat blades. Will make it easy.
The key is to prep your garden properly. Dig up the remaining grass, does the soil with a good weedkiller (glycosphate) and screed it with self leveling compound/cement.
It's bloody good when it's all done. Gets super hot in summer, so much so that it burns your feet although I guess you guys won't have that issue over there.
