that’s pretty damning.

Could have been filmed anywhere though until we have that proof. I mean the big question is why is the guy filming? If it were a war situation and there were enemy aircraft attacking then it makes sense to film in case the anti aircraft fire is successful but it would be odd to anticipate that happening at 6am
