Yes, a good question Jim. I guess the counter argument would be..

Would the players have progressed in the same way under the old regime? I remember Webber commenting on the standards of discipline when he arrived. I very much doubt they would have progressed or been given much of a chance at first team level. Think we were excellent at recruiting players, but they weren't given a chance.
