My goto Boxing Day..........HOME COOKED FISHERMANS PIE.............

Pieces of Monkfish, Salmon, Smoked Haddock, King Prawns, Crayfish Tails mixed together with Chilli Flakes, garlic, shallots & white sauce. No pastry crust, instead use Potato, Sweet Potato & Parsnip all mashed together with butter. Assemble & cook till mash is crispy & brown on top. Serve with Cabbage, Broccoli & Carrots To accompany a fine bottle or two of Gewurztraminer Alsace. Complete the meal with a course of Siliton, Bintree Blue or Dolcelatte, grapes & more wine!
