Decisions that close should not be overturned

Very fine line to judge exact moment ball was kicked. Milliseconds wrong either way could make difference between onside and someones beard hair being offside. If you have to look at it for several minutes, it it is not a clear offside and not worth overturning the linesman's decision, who did not give offside. Needs changing.
