so it's not so much the tech as the bulls**t implementation that's the problem in the Prem.

You do still have the fans in the stadium a little in the dark, but you never see what we did today. If it looks at all like the on-field decision was wrong THE ACTUAL REF goes to look and sees if the other angles change his mind. Which ironically seems to take less time, and is more consistent with correcting an clear/obvious error. He's not playing Photoshop on the screen either.
