I don't think it is that odd. It was clear to me last season that Stiepermann wasn't Premier League quality. Sure a good guy to have in the squad, but not a starter.
Printer hasn't really had a fair crack of the whip; obviously been a falling out.
Godfrey was making the same mistakes last season.
The one that has surprised me and been a bit disappointed with is Aarons
