here's mine
I was in a picture framing shop on Billericay High Street with my kids in 2009, looked up and there he was. Martin Peters. He realised I recognised him, and broke the ice by telling my six year old daughter he liked her sparkly silver shoes. I told him I used to watch him at Norwich and we had a quick chat - he said how much he had enjoyed his time playing for us. Such a lovely, unassuming guy.
Just came across this User Posted Link Hard to believe Ken Brown never picked up on his desire to coach. A true hero.
