I have a tape of the BBC coverage of the 1985 League Cup Final...

Steve Cram, Sunderland fanatic and at the time top athlete was in the BBC studio. For 'balance' the Beeb had Martin Peters as a pitchside expert wearing a Yellow and Green scarf. He did a good job as well although tbf he was always a West Hammer... Still watch the video occasionally (I was at the game but taped it on the new fangled VHS as it was at the time). The miserable look on Steve Cram's face following the end of the game is priceless.
