Before the season started.

What was the difference? Was it partly Leicester’s style of play? Another side that weren’t in our faces? It definitely seems to be the sides that really get at us and go quite direct that we can’t deal with.

Anyway, very proud of the side yesterday. I think the huge shame is that we won’t be able to keep this squad together for the next 3 or 4 seasons.

If we go down, and we were to retain key players and strengthen again, we would be a very strong side indeed and ready to hit the premier league running in two years time.

Although we’ll be quids in if some of our stars move on, it would be incredibly difficult to sign a player of pukki’s quality, or someone that has that understanding with Buendia.

Let’s hope we can string something together second half of the season and stay up!
