We have been told that it has been introduced to rectify clear and obvious refereeing mistakes

It is being used to overrule mistakes which are neither clear nor obvious (hence the ridiculously long delays) A great example is the award of manu’’s first pen at CR

If the situation has changed then we should be told, and it should be used to rectify every mistake, even down to players taking throws and free kicks from the wrong place (this is in the laws)

This is my opinion and it counts for s**t because all I do is spend my money at football grounds
