What was our best 11 and performance last season? The one that beat Leeds away?

Now all these players are fit should we just give this lineup a go for the next five games.
It feels like the constant chopping and changing is not helping our style of play both in attack and defense.
We are always going to concede goals but feels like we've lost our ability to comeback in games or create chances.
