Nothing
Recently (to me). But I sometimes need to mediate at work between people.
I think that's where I feel pretty uncomfy on here after a poor performance. The personal abuse (at players, the board, the manager, other posters) is pretty vile and wouldn't be tolerated if a member of the public did it to one of my staff in the workplace.
I get the disappointment (I feel it myself). I don't have a problem with swearing about stuff... But the name calling and swearing at people in a public forum seems pretty nasty to me.
I don't buy the, 'they're paid a lot so should just take it' line.
I don't buy the "it's a public forum and so it's not actually *at* them" either.
