he should have waited for the hand shake slightly longer before swearing - he's in a position where people will watch his actions and should be more careful.

Having said that, his reaction was probably stoked by his feelings about the game, the same applies to Worthington.

Also, not sure how good a manager he really is - his antics only serve to get opposition teams to play harder against his side and be more determined, and (possibly) referees to give decisions against him.

Let's not forget that his side have thrown away a massive lead, and their fans blame him in part for bizzare signings and odd tactics.

Still he's good value and I'd love to see him in the Prem winding up the other managers.
