Definition of "Stolen" and "National Insurance"
National Insurance is a misnomer in that you do not have a policy document. If you interpret NICs as a premium payment to an actual insurance policy and it was unilaterally changed possible case for fraud. Fraud = stealing. But NI isn't real insurance...Is it being missold? Is it a way to tax low earners? ...I stop there too political.
