it would only prove, IMHO, that this is a rubbish division: but the board would take it as proof that Nigel is a decent manager. Which I don't believe he is.

But Jesus, I'd take it. I'd also accept him staying on if we were to spawn our way into the Prem again - bit churlish to say otherwise in those circs.

And I'd hope that another Prem seaosn like the last'd see the back of him before Xmas. yes, a bit sulky of me but I'd bet I'm not alone in it.
