The on field ref, either for clarity of his doubt, or if prompted by VAR official, should go straight to the pitch side monitor . If he sees something he didn’t see in real time that changes his mind, he changes his decision. Otherwise play on....
The hand ball law is a farce. If Deli wasn’t trying to get an “accidental” handball why was his arm vertical. Not for the first time I think
