As was stated on Talksport this morning by Big Sam there is no difference in a delay for

VAR and a player going down injured and the ref having to run over and continually ask do you need a physio begore one appears treats the players and play resumes. Feigning injury is already a means of slowing the game down if a side chooses to do it. Just as annoying as VAR. Personally I would prefcer the ref to view the footage and own the decision.
