It certainly would. Can’t imagine football without heading.

In Shearers recentish doc, they talked about using a soft ball with children to practice heading, that seems sensible. That said the only time a football hurt me from heading in a game was heading off off a goalies kick from the hands, maybe ban that but I’m not sure that would be enough?
