When should we give King Nigel the freedom of the city?

I say after we get promoted next year. By then he will have given us (in no particular order): -

-2 promotions in 4 attemps
-Our only bit of silverware since 1985
-Our 4 highest league finishes in the last 11 years
-Our first final appearence since 1985
-Our only 2 stints in the premier league since 1995
-The 3 most memoriable seasons since 1994
-An extra 10,000 regular home fans
