Yes, and if you watched it there was a very good point made

by one of the lawyers - that Martin's case should not be taken as an argument in the discussions about self-defence, since this was far, far from it. He was looking for an opportunity to shoot someone, and took it. He'd already shot at a car of someone who he claimed was trying to kill his dogs for the 3rd time (it's not that f**king hard to kill a dog if you're serious about it).
