So BJ has put in court documents that they *will* ask for an extension, and will not try to subvert the Benn Act.

If he doesn't stick to that, contempt proceedings will begin.

So how exactly does he intend to stick to his "we will leave on Oct 31 come what may" pledge he's still saying on a daily basis?

One of the EU member states using a veto seems to be the only way.
