He's a big bugger isn't he ? And how often does that happen ? The no.2 keeper waits patiently for weeks or even months, gets his chance, and then gets injured straightaway or he's already injured and can't take his place.
Also, as he was clearly injured before the penalty, should he have come off before and given a fully fit keeper a better chance of saving it ? Although I don't think both of them in the goal together would have save that one !
