This is the debate that should have been held before the referendum I concur, most Leavers just did it for what they saw as immigration reasons and the fact they thought we got nothing from Europe (not all tbf, I know a few whose Leave decision was based on the undemocratic nature of the EU and Herr Juncker especially).

However, those leading the Remai campaign are almost as culpable by running a negative campaign based o 'Project Fear'. Turns out they might be right but that's not how you persuade voters. David Cameron and George Osborne you have a lot to answer for (and where are Cameron and Osborne now....?)
