unlucky on the tickets. England tickets are always available as locals and other english know they can make money on them. You will be able to get tickets outside the ground, if you dare leave it to a few minutes before kick off and touts stuck with tickets will drop the price or you can pay a lot more early on.
I got full set of tickets including 3rd 4th place play off for ?512 but i had 26 caps. You have to remember that the FA want as many members as possible and are not worried if people miss out on tickets hence 25,000 members. Think it was 16 caps and above to guarentee tickets
