I don’t know the stats but I’d imagine the demographics for chicken shop customers are largely young and with a high proportion of ethnic minorities.

Look at the stars for knife crime in London in particular - nearly 2/3rds of knife crime in 2017 was committed by ethnic minorities.

You won’t solve problems til you are honest about them.
