... I just don't know where to look for work really - I'm too lazy about it too really, I'm completely focused on the writing I'm doing elsewhere and don't devote any mental energy to work, except to ensure that I'm not unemployed.

That'll probably change if I don't get PhD funding again and have to seriously think about a proper career, or if I manage to press into journalism or other writing.

That said, if you could recommend any websites to look for better-paid office work (national ones, I don't want to leave Brighton) I'd really appreciate it ...
