I logged on about 5 minutes earlier on the laptop to the phone and

laptop said 5 minute wait, phone was 45 minutes.

Telephone lines a waste of time as went from closed to lines being completely full instantaneously.

Thankfully my mate got through quickly and got us the 5 tickets so can relax now. What a needless and unnecessary stress for everybody concerned.
