So why will we do well this season?

OK, I said I would post why I think we will finish 9th or better this season.

Without going into micro details of each and every player its simple squad quality.

Whenever I read posts about how poor we were at the start of last season its 100% clear that that person knows NOTHING about football. And is just reacting to short term results rather than actual and technical performance.

This is something that Webber has mentioned in several interviews. Thats the reason I was convinced we would do pretty well last season even after results didnt go our way at the start.

The thing is in terms of performance we should have won the League last season by a FAR wider margin. We just got better and better as the season went on.

I have never seen a Norwich team more together and confident while having real quality in a lot of areas along with strength from the bench.

I see a manager who is super flexible and brave who will adjust and make difficult decisions.

We have also added quality signings in the summer

My prediction is 9th but it could be better.

I think we will shock a lot of people.

To add balance, what things could go wrong?

Injuries will clearly hurt us like any club so we need a little luck in that department.
If we start poorly its possible we could panic and try new formations to find something that works.
As attacking as we were last season in Farkes 1st season we did the 5 at the back thing which won us a lot of games 1-0 but was boring as s**t with few chances created, mainly through Maddison. I dont think it will work in the PL. We are better at releiving the pressure on the defense by pushing the fullbacks on.
