If I were a player who was in last season’s team

I’d rather a stronger player on higher wages came in if it meant avoiding relegation and so staying on my premier league wages.
If that player was a kn@b though and disrupted team spirit then I’d not be happy.
So for me it’s not the wages, it’s the fighting for the cause in the same way they did last season that’s important.
