Joel Sheldon Wilson (born 30 December 1966) is an international cricket umpire from Trinidad and Tobago known for his inept decision making ability.[1] Wilson is currently a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires which he truly does not deserve, representing the West Indies.[2] He stands in matches of all the three formats of international cricket – Tests, One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

In August 2019 he exhibited a particularly poor performance, notable in the annals of poor umpiring [8].
