massive negligence on the part of the company of course

I literally just read a story about how the reparations are costing them US$6 billion this year. Not that the money will repair the huge environmental damage or make up for the nearly 300 people killed by a wall of mud and toxic mine waste.

Although they probably won't admit it, they were blasting too close to the dam on the day it collapsed despite having been warned not to.
