Think you've missed the point of many of the complaints tbh
No one is denying that it wasnt a commercially astute move in the short term. Yay, success.
But it's at the cost of peeling another layer of veneer off the 'family club' 'community club' facade.
The consequences of that aren't going to be felt whilst we are successful (hence the 6500 stumping up the cash), they will be felt long after Stuart and Ben have collected their bonuses and f**ked off, when we are back scrabbling around at the foot of the championship desperately trying to extract more cash from supporters.
Maybe the club will get away with it, maybe it won't.
But either way it leaves a sour taste in the mouth at a time when ostensibly we dont appear to be that desparate for £300k.
