You just need to find the option to link to the flickr page it's stored at

Rather than the actual file you uploaded to flickr. You have some setting that is making peoples phones and pcs directly download your upload instead of linking to a webpage where you can see your photos.

Sorry that's not much help, but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me using flickr will be able to help you out.
