Just supplementing the point against the original post that just because an advert doesn’t change your behaviour directly, it can indirectly.
Eg. If you never fly anywhere, an advert for Flybe won’t make you start, but if you fly quite a bit, it might influence your choice of airline. That’s what brand awareness does after all and is a huge part of advertising.
Hence why adverts are often nothing whatsoever to do with the product itself.
