how can we help nigel worthington improve as a manager?
if there's no way that mith and jones will get rid of him, I suggest that we club together and send him on a manager training course from now until August so that he can improve as a manager. Maybe he could shadow Wenger in the champions league and Sven in the World Cup.
We'll put Hughes in charge of motivating everyone while the gaffer's away.
