My brother in law is a spurs ticket holder for many many years with a massive accumulation of away points. Hey Presto when champions league final tickets are available he knows that he will be ok. Can plan trip safe in knowledge that he has a ticket banked. Lots of people keep on going to make sure that they keep those points. This new ncfc process means that one year of missing some games means that the next year you are screwed. Reducing long term commitment for season ticket holders and away supporters
