Actually might be a smart move from Wilder.
Sheff Utd have ownership issues which often leads to new ideas about management. He could be gone within 6 months.
He may feel his squad needs vast investment to stay in the PL.
At WBA he will probably get a 3 year deal on more money ( and paid up on his last deal with club compo)
He will get plenty of time to rebuild too.
Might make sense.
