So Norwich are a team in transition
3 Teams came down from the Prem, 1 have replaced the Manager (Soton). Transition from Prem to Championship.
3 Teams came up all have kept their managers.
transition from Division 1 to Championship.
12 Teams have a Manager who is in their 1st full season with their Club.
That means out of 24 clubs 18 could be classed as in transition.
Are the majority of teams always in transition because Football revolves like any other industry. The market leaders are the ones who are innovative & move with their market to keep ahead. Those who lag behind are the ones who do not change to different market conditions. Are Norwich really in such a big transition as opposed to other Clubs?
