I mean who judges whether a kick or attempt to kick is unsuccessful? Doesn’t that just mean Tim could do a bit of a Oscar winning swing at a back pass (from day the half way line) and then pick it up, thereby wasting even more time than before the back pass rule?
It’s probably a good rule for us though.
