Horrible Isn't It?

All that gunk at the back of your nose and throat, can't shift it, can't breathe properly, a good old cough in the morning that makes me sound as if I'm on the Woodbines; all tight around the sides of your face and near your eyes, throat, well, not exactly sore, but feeling a tad raw...yep, its not very nice!
