Yes but you cannot ignore the fact that Charlton are a role model, personally I would use
NCFC from 1971 - 1993 as our role model, that would be much better.
If I admired Charlton so much I would go & support them, a team that has never even come close to acheiving & playing stylish football like us during that period.
