people actually forget that he was a s**t manager for them last season

and scraped into the play offs finishing 6th, some 15+ points off 3rd

He got west ham back to the premiership via a cup competition, suddenly he's catapulted to brilliant manager status from last season. I just don't get it

One thing the bloke needs to be comended for though, is the fact that he used that play off final win to learn a few valuable lessons from the last two years. That's what makes pardew a good manager

The similarity to him and worthington is bollocks, worthington never, ever, learns from his mistakes
