people who signal to exit a roundabout..

before they have even reached the exit BEFORE the one they are actually exiting on.
Especially annoying if you are trying to get onto the roundabout at that first exit and naturally assume their indication means they are going off there. But just as you move forward you find they are not exiting at all and so have to slam on the brakes.
When I learned to drive almost no-one did this, but now it is ridiculously common.
